Care

We all have points of need in our lives where the thoughtful concern of others makes a big difference. Our Care Ministry meets the sick, hospitalized, grieving, and those in need of encouragement in the following ways:

Care Ministries

Benevolence

Heritage attendees experiencing financial hardship are supported in a way which helps the individual learn to live within their resources and maintain good stewardship.

Visitation

Those facing surgery, illness or lengthy recovery often need encouragement through words of peace and hope as well as the supportive presence of one of our trained chaplains.

Prayer

Our committed team regularly brings weekly requests from our Heritage community before the Lord. If you have a concern, send us your prayer request at any time.

Physical Needs

From providing meals in difficult times to helping with minor home repairs or maintenance for those unable to do so, our team wants to support you in the way that would meet your need best.

Funeral Support

When a Heritage family has to say good-bye to a loved one, our team comes alongside you and provides a nurturing supportive environment. Our funeral support team will support your family and friends during grieving and aid you in planning your loved one’s service.
To begin the process of planning your loved one’s service, please contact our Funeral Coordinator or leave a message at 614-898-9412 x444

GriefShare

We provide support for those grieving the loss of a loved one through a Biblical-based presentation.

I:35 Fellowship

I:35 Fellowship is a confidential group offering acceptance, encouragement, community and prayer for people whose faith and hope have been challenged by living with a mental illness diagnosis. Join us at Heritage for dinner, fellowship, discussion and prayer. We meet each 2nd & 4th Monday of the month from 6:30-8pm.
For more details, contact us at I.35.fellowship@gmail.com.

Military Care

This is a newly developing area of care. If you are active duty or a veteran or a loved one, please let us know. We have a chaplain and others who are former military and would love to support and care for you and your family.
For more details, please contact hccmilitarycare@gmail.com.

Praise be to the God … of all comfort, who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves have received from God.
