COVID-19 Update

updated April 1

In response to the governor’s orders, our building remains closed and our weekend worship services will be online for the next few weeks.

How will we stay connected?

We will be worshiping together online again this weekend. Watch the stream during the weekend service times (5:30pm Saturday and 9am & 11am Sunday). It is available on this site and the Heritage mobile app.

During the worship service stream, we encourage you to engage by completing steps cards, submitting prayer requests, and faithfully giving, as if you were onsite.

Video will only stream during our normal service times.

Find information on weekly engagement for Heritage Kids, Student Ministry online, and other groups and gatherings on our Events page.

Visit our Lent page to receive daily emailed devotions during Lent.

How can we care for the congregation?

There are practical ways that people need help during this time, and as the church, we want to respond and serve others. If you’re willing to do something or if you need assistance, please let us know at the buttons below.

Complete the form at the link below and let us know how you could help support and care for our neighbors during this unprecedented time.

If you need help, complete the form at the link below to let us know how we can help you in the days ahead.

If you have prayer concerns during this time, please request prayer through the online form.

If you’re in a life group, find ways to remain in contact with members of your life group. Some are using technology such as Zoom, Slack, GroupMe, and others to connect with their group members. If you have something you believe is working well, please let us know at our feedback form.

What about summer programs?

• There are no plans to cancel summer mission trips.
• There are no plans to cancel student camps.
• There are no plans to cancel VBS or now VBX (this year’s VBX will be July 13-17). VBX stands for Vacation Bible eXperience.

What can we do for our children?

A few weeks ago, the staff of Heritage Kids set up a helpful Facebook group for HK Families. If you’re a parent of a child in our infants through 5th grade classes during the weekend, please join the closed Facebook group, HK Families. Staff & parents collect to share resources, helpful info, & grow deeper relationally as a community for families.

Each weekend, our Heritage Kids staff distributes Heritage Kids At Home, early childhood and elementary specific curriculum as well as instructional videos through the HK Families Facebook group. Make sure you connect ahead of time to be able to do Heritage Kids At Home this coming weekend.
